The team at TCC is made up of passionate, dedicated, and skillful coaches who will guide you through your training and be there for you when you need them. Our team is vastly experienced and has been involved in the sport for many years both as athletes and as coaches. Whatever distance you are doing we have been there, learned from our experiences, and passed it on to our athletes. We want you to succeed and will strive to give you the best coaching available.
Meet The Team

Chris Wallace
Chris has a Master's in Exercise Physiology and a BSc. (Hons) in Sports, Health and Performance Science, a British Triathlon level 3 coach; Ironman certified coach; Training Peaks Level 2 Certified Coach, British Triathlon coach educator, and coach mentor. With over 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching, he is passionate about developing all levels of athletes, especially athletes new to the sport, to allow them to meet their goals. Chris has raced over every distance, from Sprint to Iron Distance.

Chris De Rycke
Chris is a British Triathlon level 3 coach, level 2 swimming teacher and level 1 swimming coach with ten years of triathlon experience. He is passionate about helping beginners into the sport and developing their skills to reach their racing goals. He is focused on an athlete-led experience and looks to challenge athletes he works with to make their own training decisions and work collaboratively to improve.

Jen Coppock
Jen is a British Triathlon level 2 coach, Personal Trainer, Swimming Teacher and level 4 Biomechanics Coach. She specialises in improved movement, injury prevention and creating plans with a holistic approach to ensure all athletes enjoy their training. Jen is a mum of 4 and understands the challenges of balancing training with family life, whether you’re training for a sprint triathlon or an Ironman.
